Leadership Siouxland was formed in 1984 by a group of visionary individuals who saw a need for an organized forum to develop leaders and help them become involved. The result was the creation of Leadership Siouxland, a community leadership development program for our tri-state area. Its 9 month curriculum helps participants learn and perfect leadership and communication skills, build a network of diversified individuals, learn about Siouxland, gain recognition as emerging leaders and make a difference in the community. Over its 33-year history, more than 900 diverse men and women from the tri-state area have graduated from the program.
The program is a cost effective, progressive and results-driven way for businesses to provide leadership training. The cost is only $676 and participants learn valuable skills that last a lifetime. Participants are provided education about all aspects of the tri-state area, from education and government to fine arts and business. This helps participants be more knowledgeable and productive in their careers.
