Position Overview:
As a Cleaning Technician, you will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across commercial properties and residential dwellings.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:
    •    Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
    •    Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, countertops)
    •    Empty trash and replace liners
    •    Clean and restock restrooms
    •    Use proper cleaning products and equipment following safety guidelines

Qualifications:
    •    High school diploma or equivalent
    •    Strong attention to detail
    •    Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
    •    Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
    •    Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and able to follow a schedule
    •    Reliable vehicle and valid transportation
    •    Cell phone with consistent service and data
